As part of the development of one of our client's activities, we are looking for a Synthesis Operator to join our production teams in the canton of Vaud.

You will be involved in chemical synthesis operations in a controlled environment, strictly adhering to quality, safety, and GMP procedures.

Your tasks

• Carry out chemical synthesis operations according to established procedures
• Operate and monitor production equipment (reactors, associated installations)
• Perform weighing, charging, reactions, and transfers
• Accurately complete the production documentation (batch records)
• Apply GMP, HSE, and quality rules
• Participate in cleaning installations and first-level maintenance
• Report any deviation, anomaly, or non-compliance

Your profile

• Initial experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, in a cleanroom environment required
• Experience in weighing and mixing required.

• Knowledge of GMP appreciated
• Comfortable with quality documentation
• Rigour, team spirit, sense of responsibility
• Good understanding of French (spoken and written)
