The brand asserts its global presence in the world of sport and, to strengthen the Merchandising team in the French-speaking Switzerland region, is currently recruiting a:MERCHANDISER SWISS MARKET 100%As a Merchandiser, you are responsible for the stores in French-speaking Switzerland. In this key role for the brand image, you ensure the appearance of the stores and apply the Visual Merchandising guidelines.Description- Global responsibility for Visual Merchandising for the brand and Flik Flak in French-speaking Switzerland, Valais, Jura, and the Bernese region, including the implementation of guidelines and respect for the brand image.- Creation of impactful window displays and scenographies to strengthen visual impact and capture customers.- Regular visits to points of sale according to commercial priorities, with control of the assortment and product placement.- Implementation of products and merchandising plans inside sales areas, guaranteeing a coherent presentation and customer journey.- Reorganization of sales spaces according to new products, stock levels, and commercial objectives.- Monitoring and analysis of performance: tracking key indicators (sales, sell-through rates) and market and competition trends.- Training and support for sales teams to ensure optimal implementation of collections and impeccable maintenance of the display.- Proposal of new locations or ideas to boost promotions and improve in-store visibility.- Support during events and promotions: installation and setup of special displays or VM projects.- Management including weekly reporting, expense tracking, and planning of interventions.Profile- Aesthetic sense: excellent mastery of space, volumes, colors, and light.- Technical and manual skills: ease in the use of tools and visual installations.- Rigor and management of several simultaneous projects and strict respect for calendars linked to new collections.- Ease and ability to communicate effectively with store managers and to unite teams around a visual project.- Open and communicative personality with an enthusiastic and solution-oriented mindset.- Proactive and entrepreneurial behavior: taking initiative and constant search to impose oneself and ensure standards are respected.- Autonomous management of responsibilities in field missions.- Availability to travel, including overnight stays.- Talent and effective management of priorities.- Flexibility and ability to adapt to unforeseen events.- Resistance to stress in a dynamic and demanding environment.- Sales experience considered an asset.- Mastery of MS Office tools for reporting and internal communication.Languages- Ideally, you reside in French-speaking Switzerland and speak French fluently.
