We offer you, within the Banks sector, a position as:Main tasks- Responsibility for the supervision of a portfolio of medium-sized wealth management banks- Proactive, critical, and risk-oriented supervision based on all risk indicators, analysis of causes, and implementation of appropriate measures- Role of primary internal and external contact person (Key Account Manager) for supervised institutions and their governing bodies (including General Management and Board of Directors)- Critical assessment of risks and audit reports, participation in on-site inspections, and business model analyses- Close cooperation with cross-functional departments and other FINMA divisionsRequired profile- University degree in economics or higher education in the financial field, or equivalent (e.g., certified public accountant)- Confirmed experience (5-7 years) in the banking sector (e.g., risk management or internal audit) or with an audit firm, with solid knowledge of financial market law- Mastery of structured methods and excellent analytical capacity to process complex issues- Clear and convincing communication skills at all hierarchical levels- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and rigorous approach- Excellent knowledge of French (C2), very good knowledge of English (C1), and good knowledge of another official language (German or Italian, B2)PerspectivesWe are the ideal employer for people who want to fully commit themselves, are looking for challenges, and wish to take on responsibilities quickly.
