Compliance Officer (Junior Compliance) Fr/EngFor a major financial institution, we are recruiting:Compliance Officer (Junior Compliance) Fr/Eng at 100%Within a team of three people, you will be in charge of monitoring files before and after their admission (AML reports, investigations, sanctions, etc.), ongoing surveillance, and the control of audit reports, in direct contact with the handling officers, the Admission Committee, the Surveillance Committee, and the management. The position requires good knowledge of Swiss regulations, ideally the AMLA, FinIA, and FinSA. Experience in compliance activities, risk management in the banking or wealth management sector, as well as good notions of financial analysis of companies is important. Residence in Switzerland required.Mission:Processing of files for financial institutions and auditorsAnalysis of files for wealth managers, trustees, and regulatory bodies:Subjection of financial institutions:- Use the FINMA EHP database;- Prepare files for review (printing and filing of documents);- Contribute to the review, analysis, and validation of compliance with application files.Surveillance of financial institutions:- Contribute to the review, analysis, and validation of requests for modification of files for financial institutions transmitted via the EHP platform;- Participate in the review, analysis, and validation of prudential audit reports submitted by auditors, as well as the follow-up of the processing of files for financial institutions;- Participate in various ongoing surveillance tasks (analysis and in-depth review of files).Approval of auditors:- Participate in the review and renewal of auditor files.Databases:a) Participate in the maintenance of databases and the updating of files for subject financial institutions and approved auditors on the platforms;b) Use Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel), the internal CRM, videoconferencing tools, and the EHP platform.Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Law, HEG, or Compliance.- Justify at least 3 years of experience in audit or compliance in Switzerland (financial institution).- Fluent French and proficiency in English (German or Italian is an asset).- Mastery of standard tools (MS Office).- Endowed with an analytical and methodical mind.- Honest, rigorous, with a sense of discretion.- Available, versatile, curious, organized person with good writing skills.- Irreproachable integrity.- Residence in Switzerland required.Function:No follow-up will be given to applications not corresponding to the mentioned requirements.
