Support Specialist in Sickness Daily Allowances DE/FR in Personal Insurance (m/f/d) 80–100%

Within your team, you ensure quality services for our corporate clients and insured persons. As the first point of contact for daily allowance cases in Switzerland, the support team ensures that cases are quickly registered in the system and efficiently processed in defined segments. You work in a dynamic environment, surrounded by motivated colleagues who provide exceptional service to our customers every day.

What you do

• You handle sickness daily allowance insurance cases in German and French and ensure proper benefit management.
• You verify insurance coverage and calculate daily allowances.
• You obtain written and telephone information from our customers throughout Switzerland, in German and French.
• You create new benefit cases in the system.

What you bring

• You have completed commercial or medical training, or possess an equivalent qualification.
• You are motivated, autonomous, and able to convey your enthusiasm.
• You are a true team player and learn quickly.
• You demonstrate professional behaviour and a strong sense of service.
• You have excellent command of German (B2) and French (C1/C2 level).
