The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

Following the internal promotion of the current post holder, we are looking to complete our team for our L’ARCADE structure in Orbe, which includes a Temporary Reception Centre (CAT) and a Senior Shared Housing:



Support Manager (M/F/D) Permanent Contract between 80% and 100% - L’ARCADE



As support manager, your management is anchored in the Person-Centred Approach model. This model aims to maintain, promote and improve quality of life. As such, you are responsible for the quality of services and ensure that the Saphir strategy is not only known but also applied by all professionals in the establishment for which you are responsible.

You lead and guarantee the smooth running of the structure within your area of intervention. An expert in the field of support, you will provide your support and advice to the team to manage complex situations, while contributing to the implementation of institutional projects in connection with the People, their families/close ones and professionals. You are responsible for the organisation, planning, transport logistics and coordination of support services, while personally carrying out certain interventions as needed within the structure.

You place particular importance on establishing rigorous and authentic supervision so that professionals can develop and integrate new practices until they reach an optimal level of autonomy and mastery of best practices.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

  • You hold a HES/ES diploma as an educator or sociocultural animator
  • You have proven management experience and a CAS in management is an asset.
  • Your practice is focused on the "person-centred" approach and you are familiar with its particularities.
  • Your leadership is natural, you know how to take responsibility and risks.
  • You encourage dialogue and initiatives and involve teams in decision-making.
