(Temporary 12-Month Assignment)
About the Role :
Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to act as the key interface between internal planning teams and external manufacturing partners. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted product supply, coordinating demand and supply activities, monitoring order execution, and proactively managing supply risks to support customer service excellence.

Coordinate supply chain activities between planning teams and external manufacturing partners.
Manage purchase orders and monitor on-time delivery performance.
Ensure accurate communication of supply and demand information across stakeholders.
Track open orders, identify supply exceptions, and drive issue resolution.
Support inventory availability and manage supply shortages or allocation situations.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics teams to mitigate supply risks.
Monitor forecast requirements and support long-range supply planning.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain projects.
Profil recherché
5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, or Logistics, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or consumer goods industry.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of : Supply Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Customer Service and Logistics Processes.
ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Languages : Fluent English (mandatory), German and/or French as a second language (mandatory)
