To optimize our supply chain for mechanically welded structures, castings, parts for machining and machined metal parts, motors, drive components, electronic equipment, as well as various part treatments, we are looking for a:Supplier Quality Engineer – 100%Your missionIn this role within the Quality Assurance sector, you guarantee the compliance of purchased items and drive the general performance of our suppliers through audits and progress objectives.YouWith solid experience in supplier quality assurance, you feel ready to join a dynamic and passionate team to meet the requirements of our internal and external customers, and thus sustainably establish our position as a leader.ResponsibilitiesYou will be the central point of contact between suppliers and internal teams (R&D, Quality, Production), with whom you will collaborate in the following activities:- Participate in the selection and qualification process of a new supplier.- Draft first-article protocols and reports, collect and verify certificates and technical files transmitted by suppliers.- Perform technical qualification of new suppliers.- Perform supplier audits (system, process, products), draft audit reports, and follow up on identified actions.- In a continuous improvement approach, support suppliers in the implementation of quality assurance procedures and the development of a quality culture.- Define and monitor action plans related to supplier development.- Participate in the definition of the incoming inspection strategy for our purchased products, consistent with the level of process control, supplier performance, and the criticality of purchased products.- Participate in the physical inspection of parts, in collaboration with our Quality Agents.- Ensure the handling of detected supplier incidents, participate in decision-making regarding resolution and necessary action plans, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.- Define and monitor supplier performance indicators and participate in their periodic evaluation.- Perform periodic reporting on the level of control and performance of our suppliers.Profile- Education: Technician or Engineer in mechanics or microtechnology, with experience in quality.- Experience: Solid experience in supplier quality assurance, ideally in an industrial environment.- Skills: Mastery of various quality assurance tools (DMAIC, 8D, A3, process FMEA, control plans, audits).- Languages: Fluent French, mastery of English (min. B2) essential, German is an asset.- Soft skills: Good analytical skills, autonomy, and responsiveness.We offerA permanent contract at 100% within a human-sized company resolutely turned towards the outside (more than 90% export) with a network of partners all over the world.
