We offer you, within the Integrated Risk Expertise division, a position asTasks- Execution of on-site inspections in the field of suitability (in particular according to the Financial Services Act) and development of supervisory measures in the field of suitability and implementation through targeted inspections.- Advice and support to the various supervisory areas of the FINMA regarding the prudential implementation of requirements.- Identification of weaknesses at the level of institutions as well as the market as a whole and their assessment.- Analysis of current and future developments in the field of suitability at national and international levels and contribution to the implementation of regulatory requirements.- Participation in potential mutual exchanges between countries and projects of international bodies.- Participation in project and design work in the field of supervision.Requirements- University degree (in law or economics), ideally supplemented by additional training, as well as at least three years of professional experience, for example in auditing, in a consulting firm, or in the legal and compliance department of a bank.- In-depth knowledge in the field of suitability.- Excellent analytical skills, combined with the ability to understand and present complex topics clearly.- Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation, good perseverance skills, and the ability to work independently.- Languages: French (native language), English (C1), and German (B2).PerspectivesWe are the ideal employer for people who want to commit themselves fully, are looking for challenges, and wish to take on responsibilities quickly.
