You will join a team of 7 people within a branch dedicated to Facility Management. You will work with the team leader, who will guide and support you throughout the role. We offer a complete internal training to facilitate your integration and tasks. Process and manage tickets via the internal management tool. Quickly familiarize yourself with new IT software. Ensure effective support within the Facility team. We are looking for You are currently studying and have some experience with a ticketing tool and/or in Facility Management. The construction sector and its vocabulary are not foreign to you? You are available 16 hours per week, ideally on Monday and Wednesday. English: minimum advanced written comprehension. It is a plus if you have a marked interest in software. To succeed in this role, your personal skills should be as follows: Curious and proactive — you do not hesitate to ask questions to fully understand.
