Student Assignment: 50% Logistics Assistant
About the Role
Our client, a well-known company in the medical field, is seeking a student to strengthen their logistics team. You will take on a versatile role that will allow you to discover stock management, order preparation, and administrative follow-up in a dynamic and educational environment.
Tasks
- Receiving orders and stocking
- Administrative follow-up of stock management
- Conducting regular inventories
- Preparing customer orders
- Maintaining warehouse organisation
- Checking invoices and sales
- Contact with customers and suppliers
We Are Looking For
- You are a student planning to continue your studies for at least another year
- You have some professional experience in admin/logistics: a plus!
- You are available 20 hours per week, every morning (Monday to Friday)
- You are dynamic and flexible, and enjoy working in a team
