Strategic Procurement Manager - Indirect Categories (Talent Pool)

Job description
Depending on the assignment and organizational context, responsibilities may include:
Development and execution of category strategies for indirect procurement (e.g. IT, Professional Services, Marketing, Travel, HR, Facilities, CAPEX-related indirects)
End-to-end strategic sourcing activities including market analysis, RFX processes, negotiations, and supplier selection
Management of supplier relationships, performance, and risk
Stakeholder management and alignment across business functions
Contribution to cost optimization, value creation, and process efficiency
Support of procurement transformation initiatives, digitalization, or governance frameworks
Contract management in collaboration with Legal and internal stakeholders
Expected Profile
We are particularly interested in professionals with the following background:
Several years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, with a focus on indirect spend
Proven negotiation skills and experience working with international suppliers
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Ability to operate confidently at senior stakeholder level
Experience in complex, matrix-driven organizations is an advantage
Fluency in English; German and/or French is a strong asset
Swiss market experience or eligibility to work in Switzerland
