Your mission will be to develop the areas of the FCOS in the broad sense and to ensure the compliance of services provided to clients. You will report directly to the Management of F4S and the safety engineers, and will work in close collaboration with the various specialists within the department.Main tasks:- Conduct occupational health and safety and fire protection compliance audits for clients- Analyze professional risks and establish safety documents (MSST system audit, hazard identification, fire protection concept plans, etc.)- Propose prevention solutions adapted to the specific needs of each client- Lead training sessions on occupational health and safety for clients and managers, and within the framework of our training courses- Organize and supervise evacuation exercises- Check the compliance of installations and fire protection equipment- Write expert reports and detailed technical specifications- Support clients in the implementation of our standard FCOS solution- Ensure the follow-up of action plans and compliance with deadlines- Collaborate with competent authorities (SECO, FCOS, SUVA, cantonal labor inspectorates, and fire police)- Maintain regulatory monitoring on the evolution of legal bases related to OHS- Represent the company to clients and contribute to its reputation for expertiseWhy join us?We offer you the opportunity to join a recognized company in a stimulating environment where you will participate in varied projects.
