We are here for you.Project Manager - StorePosition open to a high-potential junior profile or an excellent blind installer (fitter) ready to evolve into project management.Main missionsThe position is 100% technical (no commercial prospecting to be expected):- Management and monitoring of construction sites: Supervision of projects from A to Z in Geneva.- Field management: Monitoring and supervision of teams.- Client relations: Main point of contact for clients and architects for monitoring work.- Crisis management: Resolution of unforeseen events (management of delays, deadlines, and technical disputes).- Technical: Reading of plans.Profile soughtTwo types of profiles can perfectly match this position:1. The Evolution profileYou are an excellent blind installer, recognized for your technical mastery and your field experience. You now wish to evolve into a project management position, while retaining your technical expertise.2. The Young Project Manager profileYou are a young project manager with good technical foundations and you wish to develop your skills.
