Saphir, multi-mission housekeeping position, permanent contract between 80% and 100% - Le QuaiSaphir is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud, focusing on the reception and support of individuals whose physical and psychological integrity has been compromised. In this context, and to complete our team, we are looking for our Le Quai facility in Yverdon-les-Bains, which serves 94 clients and is aimed at adults with psychological and/or psychiatric disorders whose life path requires support in protected apartments:Housekeeping Professional, permanent contract between 80% and 100% - Le QuaiAs a housekeeping professional, you ensure the management, organization, and proper functioning of cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping services within the establishment. You play an essential role in the quality of the living environment, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and secure environment for the individuals.This mission combines professional expertise, support, and the transmission of know-how. You accompany individuals with psychological disabilities or vulnerabilities in the performance of housekeeping-related activities, taking into account their capacities, resources, and support plan. You promote their autonomy, integration, and development through concrete and adapted activities.Integrated into an interprofessional dynamic, you actively participate in the life of the establishment and the implementation of support projects. You contribute to promoting quality hospitality services, respecting the principles of hygiene, safety, economy, and ecology.Within the scope of your duties, you are responsible for the organization and quality of the housekeeping service, ensuring compliance with institutional standards and current procedures. You ensure the cleanliness, order, and safety of the premises, ensure the quality of table service, as well as the proper management of laundry, while guaranteeing an economical and safe use of equipment and products.You welcome clients upon their arrival in accommodation and contribute to offering a warm and well-maintained environment. You accompany individuals in daily life tasks as well as in activities related to housekeeping, promoting their autonomy and personal development.You collaborate closely with the interprofessional team and contribute to individualized support projects. You also participate in the continuous training of interns and professionals.
