Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site, is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and psychic integrity during their life process. To complete our housekeeping team, we are looking for our establishments in Corcelles-sur-Chavornay and Hermenches, which accommodate 18 and 15 people and which are specialized in the field of adult disability, for the following profile:Housekeeping Manager (F/M/D)Permanent contract at 80% - EPSMWhatever their function, Saphir professionals share a common desire: to accompany people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional philosophy of like at home. That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the residents.Within our adult disability establishments, you guarantee the quality of hotel services and contribute to creating a warm, clean, and safe environment for the people welcomed. Comfortable in the kitchen, you participate in the preparation of meals and culinary activities, taking into account the needs and desires of the people. You consider these moments as opportunities for exchange, sharing, and maintaining skills. You also carry out housekeeping activities and participate in the various tasks of the establishment. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you contribute to individualized support projects and adapt your interventions to the needs of each person. Finally, you participate in the training of new professionals, apprentices, and interns.YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS- You hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a housekeeping manager or an equivalent qualification.- You have experience or a marked interest in supporting people with disabilities.- You are comfortable in the culinary field and enjoy cooking with and for people.- You possess a pronounced sense of hospitality and service.- Listening and respect for the person are among your primary qualities.- You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, and a good ability to work in a team; benevolence and self-questioning are part of your values.- You are committed to contributing to the well-being of people through respectful and individualized support.- Proficiency in French (oral and written) as well as current mastery of IT tools are prerequisites for this position.WE OFFER- The possibility of working in an environment rich in contacts and human exchanges.- The opportunity to participate in institutional projects.- Working and salary conditions according to the CCT SAN (collective labor agreement for the Vaud parapublic health sector).
