Toolmaker / Precision Stamping Specialist, Stamping Mechanic

As part of the development of an SME renowned for its excellence, we are looking for a precision stamping professional as a Stamping Mechanic capable of thriving in a demanding and stimulating environment, typical of the watchmaking sector.

Your responsibilities:

• Manufacture, fine-tune and adjust automatic and progressive dies dedicated to the production of high-end watch components
• Operate the entire machine park (lathe 102, punching machines, milling machines, profiling machines, grinding machines, etc.) in compliance with quality standards
• Ensure the adjustment, maintenance, sharpening and optimisation of existing tools
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and tooling development
• Guarantee the flawless quality and conformity of parts according to the technical and aesthetic requirements of the watchmaking sector

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in precision stamping
• Strong command of press adjustments and cutting and stamping processes
• Excellent reading of technical drawings and perfect understanding of dimensional requirements
• Autonomous, rigorous personality with strong analytical skills
• Fondness for demanding technical environments where precision and quality are essential
