We are looking for our, an international research laboratory and leader in its field, a Secretary for the Staff Association service (M/F):
Staff Association Secretariat
- Accounting, management control and HR management
Secretariat:
? Drafting texts and proofreading
? Taking meeting notes and writing minutes
? Use of office software packages: for documentation, presentation, etc.
? Proven experience in administrative teamwork
? Experience related to working conditions and labour relations under Swiss law (work is nevertheless done with the support of a fiduciary)
? Experience in cost control and financial analysis As an administrative assistant within the Staff Association secretariat, you will report directly to the presidents of the Staff Association.
? Human resources management (according to Swiss laws)
? Payroll management with the support of a fiduciary
? Accounting
? Management control and financial analysis
? Promotion of the JDP through various documents.
More generally, you will contribute, mainly as a back-up, to:
? Ensuring the smooth running of the secretariat: welcoming visitors, answering telephone calls, managing the Staff Association mailbox.
? Assisting and guiding employed and associated staff members and staff representatives regarding labour relations, employment conditions, disciplinary or appeal procedures, possible rules and regulations.
? Translating various documents such as articles from French to English
? Writing meeting minutes
? Organising Staff Association events (cocktails, staff meetings, general assembly meetings, exhibitions and conferences)
