SPS Sector ManagerWith an inclusive aim, Specialized Educational Support (SPS) addresses students in mainstream schools (grades 1 to 11) presenting neurodevelopmental disorders, difficulties related to the autism spectrum, with or without intellectual disabilities, impacting their learning and/or behavior. SPS is part of the Support, Reception, and Housing Competency Domain (SAmAH) of Les Perce-Neige and is looking for its mission: Your missions:- Ensure the coordination and organization of interventions within the School Circles of the canton;- Guarantee the efficient management of SPS interventions in regular classes within the different Circles of the canton, as well as the supervision of the concerned personnel;- Supervise a mobile team operating in various school settings;- Ensure the quality and monitoring of Individualized Intervention Plans for students;- As a member of the management committee, participate in the development of a line of inclusive pedagogy; - Proactively maintain and guarantee all necessary contacts (internal/external) to facilitate the profile:You have a Bachelor/Master HES or HEP or an equivalent title, possess confirmed experience in pedagogy and team management. A specific qualification in leadership is an advantage and essential qualities are a must.
