Located in a specialized technical role in the construction trades, the municipality of Courtepin, situated at the edge of the Röstigraben, was created from the merger in of the municipalities of Barberêche, Courtepin, Villarepos, and Wallenried. It has more than inhabitants, including 35% German speakers. This new entity covers an area of km2, with 6 villages: Barberêche, Courtaman, Courtepin, Pensier, Villarepos, and Wallenried. It ranks 2nd on the podium of the lake district, after the Municipality of It is also seen as an economic hub in the district, alongside its counterparts and specialized technical roles in the construction trades. In order to strengthen our technical service, we are looking for a technical officer to support the activities of the department and contribute to the quality of the tasks intended for the role: - Handling procedures related to urban planning, including processing building permit applications, monitoring public inquiries, as well as managing construction works and development projects. - Managing telephone calls and correspondence, with drafting documents in French and German, in collaboration with technical secretaries and members of the service. - Collaborating with various stakeholders (construction companies, civil engineers, architects, citizens, and municipal services, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of files and projects. - Attending construction meetings, monitoring deadlines, and managing documents for ongoing projects. - Processing various requests for the issuance of compliance certificates. - Regular use of specialized tools and software (FRIAC, ArcGIS, etc.) as well as internal databases. - Monitoring the local development plan (PAL) and its revisions, in collaboration with management and authorities. Profile: - Construction site manager (federal diploma), or vocational training certificate in building or civil engineering, or foreman, or other diplomas in the construction field. - Professional experience in the field of a municipal technical service is an asset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and specific tools related to the field of activity. - A reliable, rigorous, and responsible profile. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to engage and stay informed about developments in the field. We offer a varied activity within our municipality and working conditions with a fixed-term contract of 6 months that can be converted into an indefinite contract. Salary: according to salary scale.
