Then join us!The Home Nursing Care team (SIPeD) is looking for a:School Nurse specializing in a tracheostomized child - 60% to 80%LOCATIONLausanneMISSIONYou will accompany a young tracheostomized child during their trips to and from their home and the Cassagne school, with a partner carrier or via public transport, as well as during school hours. Your role will notably consist of:- Performing nursing care related to the tracheostomy (monitoring, maintenance of the cannula) and evaluating the child's health status- Ensuring the child's well-being and safety- Collaborating with the family as well as with the medico-social stakeholders involved in the follow-upWorking days: Monday to Friday.
