Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital on two sites, two accommodation departments for adults with disabilities, with intellectual and physical impairments respectively, a specialized school, and a sector, and we are looking for a specialist in personal development - permanent/fixed-term contract between 60% and 100%. At the Institution de Lavigny, we support adults with disabilities, suffering from intellectual deficiency and the team in charge of activities, on a daily basis, and offer leisure activities and outings from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to mission. As part of the development of our services, we are looking for a specialist to join the Activities team of the Accommodation Department for personal development. The objective is to accompany the people welcomed during activity or recreational times adapted, by proposing collective or individual care. Main responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of support through personalized activities adapted to the skills, needs, and projects of the people welcomed. Participate in, implement, and evaluate personalized projects for structured activities, developing skills, and providing physical and mental well-being. Collaborate closely with the accommodation teams as well as with the various partners in the network. Participate in team meetings, institutional reflections, and the drafting of reports and assessments. Actively contribute to a safe, structuring, and profile environment. Diploma or equivalent title and/or manual and artistic skills. Excellent communication skills and aptitude for teamwork. Sense of responsibility and commitment.
