Specialized Early Childhood Educator at 65%The Itinerant Service (SEI) is aimed at children living with a disability, having a developmental delay, or whose development is compromised, from birth up to the first year of schooling at the latest. Services are provided in the family context or other living environment of the child in collaboration with the family and other concerned parties. This support has the mission of guaranteeing, through specialized support, organized in collaboration with the parents and at their request, early support with the goal of ensuring and strengthening the child's development and preparing them for their social and school integration. The SEI is part of the Support, Reception and Accommodation Competence Domain (SAmAH) of Les Perce-Neige and is looking for a Specialized Early Childhood Educator for its mission.Missions:- In collaboration with parents, ensure specialized support for children aged 0 to 5 presenting a disability or a developmental delay.- Develop and implement individualized intervention projects in collaboration with families and professionals.- Support the child's development through activities adapted to their daily life and environment.- Accompany and support parents in their role, their procedures, and the coordination of care.- Promote social inclusion and the integration of the child in different living environments.- Collaborate closely with the professional network and ensure coordination around the child.- Prepare and accompany the transition to school.Profile:- You hold a HES degree or a recognized equivalent title.- You have confirmed experience with children with special needs as well as with their families.- You appreciate teamwork while being autonomous.- Communication and organizational qualities are essential.- You possess good writing skills.- A category B driving license and vehicle are essential due to frequent travel in the canton.Start date: August 1st or to be agreed upon.Place of activity: Canton of NeuchâtelWe offer you the opportunity to put your skills at the service of a rewarding mission, to engage in an exciting adventure, and to benefit from the conditions of the CCT-ES collective agreement in a work environment that prioritizes the human dimension. jida72f7bdaen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
