Specialized Case ManagersJob DescriptionWe are looking for a specialized case manager for the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Lausanne district. In this role, you will ensure the management and operation of the office. In addition to the activities below, you will maintain files and inform, as needed, the various stakeholders. Furthermore, you may be required to take minutes of hearings. The Public Prosecutor's Office is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud territory. It therefore directs the preliminary criminal procedure and investigations into offenses brought to its attention, when they concern adults. It also represents the prosecution before the courts and various authorities. The Public Prosecutor's Office is composed of the Central Public Prosecutor's Office, the 4 district offices, and the Cantonal Public Prosecutor's Office STRADA.Responsibilities- Ensure the management and operation of the prosecutor's registry- Manage judicial files investigated by the prosecutor- Inform litigants and partners in the criminal justice chain- Assist the prosecutor or the clerk during hearingsThe Public Prosecutor's Office offers its staff possibilities for flexibility in working hours.
