Specialized Case ManagerDescriptionWithin the Penitentiary Service, you wish to put your skills and rigor at the service of a meaningful mission. Comfortable with the analysis of complex files and regulatory provisions, you appreciate environments where the quality of follow-up, the coordination of actors, and the financial management of files occupy a central place. In your capacity as a specialized case manager, you ensure the regulatory and financial management of files related to the care of detainees. You ensure compliance with current procedures, coordinate exchanges with internal and external partners, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service's processes. You act at all times in accordance with our values: Loyalty, Solidarity, Credibility.Responsibilities- Ensure the management and follow-up of health insurance files for detainees, including the verification of coverage and premiums, communication with external partners, the processing of medical expense reimbursements, as well as keeping procedures up to date;- Ensure the control, validation, and payment of expenses related to the care of detainees (care, accommodation, and social aid), establish the corresponding financial decisions and statements, and guarantee the follow-up of invoicing as well as reimbursements in accordance with current directives;- Ensure the application of regulatory provisions regarding the coverage of dental, ophthalmic, and other auxiliary expenses for detainees, by rendering decisions and ensuring financial follow-up;- Develop and keep up to date procedures relevant to the sector;- Ensure coordination between external and internal partners of the service.For more information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Profile- Commercial employee diploma or a specific title in the field of social insurance;- Experience in the field of administration and social insurance required;- Spirit of mutual aid and teamwork;- Ability to synthesize and rigor in applying standards;- Very good command of MS Office software, particularly Excel;- Knowledge of SAP ERP, an asset;- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.Our employment conditions require that you be Swiss or hold a C permit, be exempt from any certificate of unpaid debts (an extract from the Office of Prosecutions must be presented during the process), and your criminal record must be clean.
