It is also responsible for the execution of the sentence. To complete the existing team, the Juvenile Court, which employs nearly 50 people, is looking for a specialized case manager. Responsibilities * Independently ensure the management and follow-up of case files in the unit by mastering the procedures and business processes in the field. * Analyze and process the different stages of the procedure in relation to maintaining the files, ensuring that all documents are collected and compliant. * Collaborate in the organization and management of hearings, interviews, and deliberations by determining the degree of urgency. * Manage the handling, routing, and dispatch of various correspondences by setting priorities according to deadlines and legal timeframes. * Draft certain decisions and various documents, including hearing minutes, under the supervision of the judge or any other authorized person. * Provide service at the counter and over the phone by informing litigants and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and processes. Profile A commercial employee qualification or another title deemed equivalent. A professional experience of 2 years in the judicial field, in studies, or public service, and resistance to stress. Good writing skills and excellent spelling, autonomous work. Flexibility in working hours during the president's service period. Knowledge of standard tools, speed, rigor, precision, and discretion. As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record of no more than 3 months. Engagement in a lower salary class is possible if the duration of experience related to the judicial field, in studies, or notary is insufficient at the time of the appointment. WHO ARE WE?
