Specialized Case Manager - Judicial Field Job Description Are you interested in the judicial field? Do you find it motivating to perform various essential tasks for the smooth functioning of justice? To complete the existing team, the District Court of Lausanne, which employs nearly 100 people, is looking for a specialized case manager. Responsibilities * Ensure the autonomous management and follow-up of labor court files, mastering procedures and processes in the field. * Analyze and address the different stages of the procedure related to the management of files, ensuring all documents are gathered and compliant. * Collaborate in the organization and scheduling of hearings and interviews, determining their degree of urgency. * Manage the receipt, routing, and dispatch of various correspondence, setting priorities based on deadlines and legal timelines. * Draft certain decisions under the direction of the judge or any other authorized person. * Provide service at the counter and over the phone, informing litigants and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and details available in the job description by clicking. If you have questions, Ms. X, Chief Clerk, will be happy to assist you at the office. Required Profile: Commercial employee or any title deemed equivalent, with 2 years of professional experience in the judicial field, in a study or public service, and resistance to stress. Good writing skills and excellent spelling, ability to work independently, and responsibility towards the hierarchical superior. Knowledge of standard tools, speed, rigor, precision, and discretion. In the context of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record of less than 3 months. Engagement in the lower salary class is possible if the duration of experience related to the judicial field, in study, or notary work is insufficient at the time of recruitment. WHO ARE WE?
