Sourcing & Recruitment:- Definition of needs, drafting of job advertisements.- Active sourcing on platforms and various channels.- Screening of CVs and responses.- Selection, telephone interviews.- Administering tests to candidates in support of consultants and synthesis of results.Management & HR:- Management of the employee life cycle: employment contracts, work certificates, end of contracts.- Management of orders, advertisements, client files, and work permits (applications for B, G, L permits) with the authorities.Profile:- Education: HR qualification desired.- Experience: 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in a recruitment agency, as a sourcer, HR specialist in Switzerland, or HR assistant.- Technical knowledge of the industry and watchmaking sectors.- Skills: Excellent command of office tools.Team & Mindset:- You enjoy working in synergy with different departments.
