The Customer Service Individual Life team deals with the processing of concerns and enquiries from customers abroad and supports them with advice and assistance. As a caseworker in individual life, you actively support the individual life business area within Customer Service and act as a professional contact person both within and outside Zurich Insurance.

What you do

 

  • You independently handle all concerns of our demanding international customers and advisors throughout the entire duration of an insurance contract via telephone and written contact.
  • You are responsible for the technical recording and administrative processing of complex business transactions in our system landscape.
  • You work closely with internal and external interfaces (e.g. Legal & Compliance, Claims Department, Compensation Offices).
  • You take on additional tasks, such as participating in specialist groups or projects.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent education, preferably in the insurance industry; VBV certification is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in an international customer-oriented environment and good expertise in life insurance is essential
  • Enjoyment in dealing with customers via telephone and written contact
  • Fluent French or Italian skills as well as very good German and English skills
