Main tasks

• Supervision of institutions and products in the collective investment schemes sector, using a risk-oriented and data-driven approach
• Conducting thematic analyses on risk management within institutions and collective investment schemes, particularly regarding liquidity and valuation risks
• Development and application of data-driven analyses and models to identify and assess risks
• Contribution to the continuous development of supervisory concepts, supervisory practices and analytical tools
• Technical support and acting as an expert for on-site inspections
• Analysis of regulatory, economic and international developments in asset management and assessment of corresponding prudential measures

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance or a related field; a specialised professional certification (e.g. CFA, FRM, CAIA or chartered accountant/auditor qualification) is an advantage
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of collective investment schemes, asset management in general, risk management, auditing or consulting
• Strong knowledge of risk management related to collective investment schemes, especially in liquidity and valuation
• Experience in developing data-driven analyses or models
• Analytical mindset, proactive and independent approach, with the ability to handle and present complex topics appropriately to different audiences, while collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in German or French at C2 level, with very good knowledge of the other language (B2) and English (B2)
