Responsibilities

• Support and supervise people with disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualised educational projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Ensure administrative follow-up and write observation reports.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Recognised Specialised Educator diploma in Switzerland.
• Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in Switzerland.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Driving licence (an asset).
