You are sensitive to the challenges of specialised pedagogy and wish to contribute to the system for allocating specialised education services for the Jura - North Vaud region, join us to complete our team.
Responsibilities
Exercise regional responsibility and coordination of specialised education and integration support services, in collaboration with the head of the office, and ensure the development of the existing system, aligning it with the guidelines defined by the law of 1 September 2015 on specialised pedagogy (LPS), its implementing regulations, and the 360° Concept.
Advise and inform school management, teachers, parents, and other partners regarding supervision and provide preliminary opinions on school orientation decisions for pupils subject to enhanced or auxiliary specialised pedagogy measures.
Encourage and strengthen links between schools and specialised pedagogy institutions and promote all possible integrations.
Contribute to the high-level supervision by the State and Disability Insurance of specialised pedagogy institutions.
Provide pedagogical advice for regional specialised pedagogy classes.
Act as a referent for institutions under specialised pedagogy.
Ensure internal and external coordination and collaboration.
Manage cross-cutting files related to a specific area of specialised pedagogy.

Special on-call duty: driving licence and vehicle available required.
Qualifications
- Master of Arts in specialised education required (according to the various training courses recognised by the CDIP).
- 5 years’ experience in specialised education.
- Interpersonal skills and adaptability, initiative. Writing skills.
Sense of responsibility and public service ethics, adaptability and flexibility, listening and communication.
Self-control and stress management, decisiveness and determination, global vision and sense of perspective, analytical and synthesis skills.
Good writing and oral expression skills.
Spirit of mutual aid and collaboration.
