Following an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a fresh perspective to help us manage our projects with boldness and rigour. You do not just want to handle files, but to become one of the driving forces of our Urban Planning Service.

Your mission

As a specialised collaborator, you contribute to the harmonious development of our territory. You manage construction projects and ensure that each file complies with both legal foundations and the sustainability and architectural quality requirements of our municipality.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the technical, administrative and legal management of construction files;

• Maintain rigorous monitoring of the application of municipal, cantonal, federal regulations and current technical standards;

• Advise and collaborate with project owners and partners in the design of their projects, ensuring mastery of procedures and construction law;

• Support land use planning projects by integrating urban development issues and sustainability objectives.

Your profile

• Holder of an architect diploma or equivalent qualification with proven experience in project management and architectural follow-up;

• Public service mindset combined with a spirit oriented towards innovation and solution-seeking;

• Very good knowledge of administrative law and construction law;

• Strong interest in heritage preservation and ideally experience within a public administration;

• Analytical mind, rigour and excellent writing skills as well as proficiency in common and specialised IT tools (SATAC, CAMAC, GAPE, RegBL, AutoCad, etc.);

• Autonomy and diplomacy in simultaneously managing numerous complex files with strong responsiveness.
