Attached to the Prison Service Directorate, you wish to put your administrative skills and rigour to work for a meaningful mission. Comfortable analysing complex files and applying regulatory provisions, you appreciate environments where quality monitoring, coordination of stakeholders and financial management of services are central.

As a specialised case manager, you ensure the administrative, regulatory and financial management of files related to the care of detainees' services. You ensure compliance with current procedures, coordinate exchanges with internal and external partners, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sector practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the administrative management and monitoring of detainees' health insurance files including optimisation of coverage and premiums, coordination with external partners, processing of medical expense reimbursements, and updating administrative procedures;

  • Ensure control, allocation and validation of costs related to detainees' care (treatment, hospitalisation, accommodation and social assistance), establish corresponding decisions and financial statements, and guarantee the monitoring of invoicing and reimbursements in accordance with current directives;

  • Ensure the application of regulatory provisions relating to the coverage of dental, ophthalmic and other auxiliary means expenses for detainees, by issuing administrative decisions and ensuring financial follow-up;

  • Develop and update procedures relevant to the sector;

  • Ensure coordination between the service's external and internal partners.

Qualifications

  • Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification

  • Specific training in social insurance is an asset

  • Experience in social insurance benefits and contributions required

  • Spirit of mutual aid and collaboration, adaptability, planning and rigour in applying standards

  • Very good command of MS Office software, especially Excel

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP is an asset

  • Sense of observation, analysis and synthesis

Our employment conditions require you to be Swiss or hold a C permit, free of debt enforcement proceedings (an extract from the Debt Collection Office must be presented during the process) and have a clean criminal record. There is a right to consult the criminal record under the Federal Act on the Criminal Record by the hiring authority for this position.
