Sgipa is a reference partner, proactive and attentive to people who need individualized support in their employment projects and one of our residences welcoming aging people with intellectual disabilities, within our accommodation sector, we are looking for a specialist.Your mission_______________________________________- Promote the fulfillment of resident persons and the development of their skills through individualized action.- Coordinate projects for resident persons and ensure their follow-up as well as set up individualized objectives according to the reference principle.- Accompany resident persons in daily life tasks.- Actively participate in the proper functioning of the residence and in the general care of resident persons.- Ensure current tasks related to the function.- Participate in projects related to the profile._________________________________________- Diploma or title deemed equivalent with recognition.- Several years of experience in the field of disability.- Knowledge of intellectual disability associated with autism spectrum disorder or related disorders.- Knowledge of the medico-social network.- Autonomy and capacity for organizational tasks.- Writing skills and good command of computer tools.- Willing or prepared to work irregular hours and weekends.- Swiss national or holder of a work permit.- Activity rate at 80%.Start of activity: June 1st or by agreement.Your complete application file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas and work certificates) is to be sent to the indicated email address.Please mention the job title in your subject line. jid1ddb399aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
