Specialized Education InspectorJob DescriptionYou are sensitive to the issues of specialized pedagogy and wish to contribute to the specialized education system for the Jura - Nord Vaudois region; join us to complete our team.Responsibilities- Exercise regional responsibility for specialized education and support in collaboration with the head of the office and ensure the development of the existing system, aligning it with the guidelines defined by the law of September 1st on specialized pedagogy (LPS), its regulations, and the 360° Concept.- Advise and inform school management, teachers, parents, and other partners regarding supervision and provide opinions on school decisions for students requiring reinforced or auxiliary measures of specialized pedagogy.- Encourage and strengthen links between schools and specialized pedagogy institutions and promote all possibilities.- Contribute to the high supervision of and Disability Insurance over specialized pedagogy institutions.- Ensure pedagogical advice for regional specialized pedagogy classes.- Exercise the role of referent for institutions falling under specialized pedagogy.- Ensure internal and external communication.- Lead transversal files relating to a specific field of specialized pedagogy.For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Special requirements: Driver's license and vehicle available.Master of Arts in specialized education required (according to the various curricula recognized by the CDIP).5 years of experience in specialized education.Capabilities and adaptability, team spirit.Required skills: Sense of responsibility and public service ethics, capacity and flexibility, listening and self-control and stress management, decision-making spirit and global vision and sense of perspective, analytical and synthesis skills, writing skills and expression, spirit of mutual aid and collaboration.WHO ARE WE?The General Directorate of Education and Specialized Pedagogy (DGEO) ensures the education of children aged 4 to 15 and the specialized pedagogy measures for young people aged 0 to 20.
