Your responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, your main tasks will be:

• Assist the Chef in organising the kitchen
• Supervise the team and ensure the preparation and quality of dishes
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Participate in stock and order management

Your Profile

• Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in cooking or equivalent training
• Proven experience as a Chef de partie or Sous-chef
• Excellent culinary technical skills
• Ability to work under pressure, with organisational skills, rigour and team spirit
• Having a vehicle is essential
