Your mission:
• Manage the production of a kitchen section for our catering services and events
• Supervise and coordinate the team and support their skills development
• Organise your workstation, manage orders and stock
• Participate in events (deliveries, setups, catering service)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and kitchen organisation
Your profile:
• Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a prestigious establishment or in catering
• Organisational skills, priority management and autonomy
• Dynamic and proactive personality, team spirit and initiative
• Valid driving licence (essential for deliveries and setups)
