Continuous hours - From Monday to Friday.Job Description In close collaboration with the chef de cuisine, you will work daily with the brigade members to organize the preparation and service of dishes for this restaurant, serving 600 daily covers, as well as private events. You assist the chef in guiding the teams, supporting them in daily tasks, and bringing your consistency. Occasionally, you autonomously supervise the team of chefs de partie and commis to carry out banquet preparations. You propose original and realistic ideas to the chef to integrate into the commercial offers presented to customers.Profile Sought To occupy this position as a sous-chef, you must have a culinary qualification validated by a diploma and X years of experience in high-end hospitality. Your background includes various establishments, ideally in multiple countries, where you will have acquired excellent technical foundations. You have a clear management method that allows you to take on this position, develop team talent, and respond to the needs of clients and management.
