A 1-star Michelin Guide restaurant, located in the Geneva square, has entrusted us with the recruitment of their future: Sommelier - Michelin-starred Restaurant (M/F).**Job Description**As a Sommelier, you will work closely with the establishment's management, the Chef, and the service team, with the aim of providing customers with a refined, coherent experience that meets the standards of a Michelin-starred establishment. A true wine expert, you will be responsible for the complete management of a cellar with approximately [number] references and will play a central role in the customer experience through precise, inspired, and personalized food and wine pairings. Your responsibilities include:- Managing and developing the wine cellar- Selecting wines and monitoring references in line with the establishment's identity- Advising customers and creating custom food and wine pairings- Managing stock, orders, and relationships with suppliers- Promoting the wine list and contributing to its evolution- Actively being present in the dining area to ensure elegant, smooth, and personalized service- Passing on your expertise to the teams while respecting the establishment's standardsElegant and passionate, you know how to build a trust-based relationship with demanding clientele, offering tailored support and appropriate suggestions while anticipating their needs.
