In this role, you will have the opportunity to express all your qualities with the following missions:- Ensure the management of the budgets of the IT Directorate (DIT) of the University- Supervise the management of DIT budgets- Ensure financial controlling and budgetary monitoring- Manage the lifecycle of workstations and standard software (from acquisition to decommissioning)- Define software asset management processes to ensure control- Identify synergies in the software park, support the strategy, and implement optimization measures- Ensure the quality of the workstation inventory (PC, Mac & Linux), in collaboration with the Service Desk team- Measure and continuously improve the processes and procedures of the area of responsibilityDesired profile- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical or economic field or an equivalent qualification- You have experience in financial management and in public procurement, ideally in a public context- You have experience in software asset management- You value teamwork and collaboration in a multicultural environment- You are able to negotiate with internal stakeholders as well as with suppliers, while being attentive to their constraints- You demonstrate a strong sense of service and responsibility- The principles of continuous improvement hold no secrets for you and you are comfortable with project management principles- You are fluent in French or German with good knowledge of the other language; in addition, you are proficient in written and spoken English jidc1cbf5faen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
