Les Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) are closely linked to the Caisse de pension de Genève (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and real estate owner. Through a private law entity and a limited liability company (Sàrl), both non-profit, RPSA's mission is to operate buildings for the elderly and offer them housing adapted to their level of autonomy and security needs.To support our team, we are recruiting a:Manager of Sociocultural Support and Community ActionPermanent contract at 100% - Class 17Mission DescriptionThe position holder will be responsible for:- Taking responsibility for a sociocultural support sector;- Organizing, planning, coordinating, in collaboration with site managers, the activities of the various entities making up the service, and regularly and periodically controlling all said activities;- Participating in the definition and implementation of the axes of the sociocultural support service and community actions;- Ensuring the management, analysis, control, and updating of various documents, dashboards, and necessary tools;- Ensuring the proper use of tools for their service in all residences;- Communicating with network partners and developing community projects and actions;- Evaluating the needs of future residents and proposing adapted solutions;- Participating within the interdisciplinary team in the development of each resident's life project. Guaranteeing their quality and follow-up for coherent support adapted to their rhythm and daily needs as well as a dignified end of life and support for families and loved ones;- Taking charge of, directing projects, and carrying them out within the allotted deadlines. Compiling and producing various reports, as well as research in the different areas under their responsibility, documenting the developed proposals;- Maintaining and developing links with the canton's social and health network by promoting interdisciplinarity and community actions;- Researching the necessary resources for their activity and updating the knowledge necessary for the exercise of their function.Profile- Master's degree in social work (HETS) or equivalent;- Complementary training in management;- French language spoken and written;- Confirmed experience ideally in the health and/or social fields;- Knowledge of the Geneva health network;- Mastery of IT tools;- Experience in personnel management and 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a sector of similar size.We offer a pleasant working environment, in a dynamic atmosphere and within a human-sized team.
