The Sociocultural Animation and Integration Sector is committed to creating and nurturing connections through actions and projects, encouraging everyone through their involvement to improve social cohesion.

Your mission:

Within a small team, you promote social cohesion and the integration of young people up to 25 years old throughout the municipal territory through fieldwork and targeted actions.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, lead and evaluate activities and open receptions intended for young people
• Engage with young people, establish trust and encourage participation
• Support, facilitate and accompany young people in project creation
• Participate in the meetings of the Municipal Youth Network, collaborate with the regional network and partners active in the field of sociocultural animation

Your profile:

• Degree as a sociocultural animator HES or equivalent qualification
• Trainer practitioner qualification, an asset
• Good knowledge of the Fribourg social network
• Experience in project management
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, multidisciplinary collaboration
• Good conflict and stress management
• Organisational skills and discretion
• Autonomy, versatility and adaptability
• Flexibility (hours, weekends, summer period)
• Proficiency in common IT tools
• Analytical and synthesis skills
