The City has a population of nearly [REDACTED] people and offers more than [REDACTED] jobs.The Solidarity and Social Cohesion Department of the City is composed of six intervention poles; it wishes to strengthen its professional insertion pole.Mission:Within the professional insertion pole, you will ensure the monitoring and supervision of individuals, particularly within the technical service.Main activities:- Supervise and accompany people in socio-professional insertion within the framework of technical activities (notably road maintenance).- Organize, plan, and supervise work while guaranteeing quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines, by anticipating constraints and ensuring the proper coordination of all team activities.- Analyze the capabilities, progress, and needs of each trainee in order to adapt activities in coherence with the objectives agreed upon with the professional insertion counselors.- Foster the development of professional and social skills by relying on individual and collective dynamics.- Transmit trade skills and support progression toward autonomy and the requirements of the primary labor market.- Ensure rigorous monitoring of trainees by producing structured assessments and reports.- Collaborate with internal and external partners to contribute to coordinated care with the network and ensure an interface role between the field and the various actors.- Foster a positive group dynamic and a motivating work environment.- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and tools by formulating concrete proposals for development.Profile:- Technical profile (CFC or equivalent), supplemented by a diploma in socio-professional instruction required.- Confirmed experience in a technical environment (ideally road maintenance or a similar field).- Marked interest in socio-professional accompaniment and the insertion of adults.- Ability to supervise a group with structure, benevolence, and a sense of responsibility.- Ease and aptitude for working in a network and in a multidisciplinary team.- Good oral and written communication skills.- Mastery of standard computer tools.- Autonomy, flexibility, and capacity for initiative.We offer:- A position in class H according to the City's salary scale.- A demanding and benevolent corporate culture.- The opportunity to join an evolving service.- 5 weeks of vacation.- Advantageous social benefits of a public administration.- Possibility of continuing education.Start date: October 1st or to be agreed upon.If this position interests you:We invite you to submit your complete file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas, and work certificates) via the online portal by Sunday, August 16th.
