It is looking for its professional integration center in Lausanne for:A socio-professional instructor at 80 - 90%Function:Accompanying: Within a multidisciplinary team, ensure the socio-pedagogical accompaniment of young people discovering socio-professional codes. Guarantee benevolent and secure monitoring. Set adapted objectives, encourage their commitment, and manage changing or complex situations.Management and production: Organize and coordinate the activity of the workshop. Design, lead, and sequence activities, individual or group, aimed at the development of transversal and professional skills.
