Saphir, socio-professional instructor in housekeeping, 80% permanent contract - Le QuaiSaphir is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud, focusing on the reception and support of individuals whose physical and psychological integrity has been compromised. Within this framework and to complete our team, we are looking for our Le Quai facility in Yverdon-les-Bains, which serves 94 clients and is aimed at adults with psychic and/or psychological disorders whose life path requires support in protected apartments:Socio-professional instructor in housekeeping, 80% permanent contract - Le QuaiAs a socio-professional instructor in housekeeping, you ensure the management, organization, and proper functioning of maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping services within the establishment. You play an essential role in the quality of the living environment, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and secure environment for the individuals.This mission combines support and instruction: you supervise professionals and support individuals with disabilities or vulnerabilities in activities adapted to their capabilities. You encourage the development of their autonomy, their sense of responsibility, and their technical skills, while promoting an inclusive, benevolent approach centered on their needs.Integrated into an interprofessional dynamic, you actively participate in the life of the establishment and the implementation of support projects, contributing to promoting a quality hospitality service that respects the principles of hygiene, safety, economy, and ecology.Within the scope of your duties, you are responsible for the organization and quality of the housekeeping service, ensuring compliance with the budget, institutional standards, and current procedures. You ensure the cleanliness, order, and safety of the premises, ensure the quality of table service, as well as the proper management of laundry, while guaranteeing correct, economical, and safe use of equipment and products.You welcome clients upon their arrival in accommodation and contribute to offering a warm and well-maintained environment. You support individuals in daily life tasks, movements, and activities while taking into account their personalized support plan. You record relevant information in the relevant files and collaborate closely with the team and other stakeholders.This role also involves transmitting your technical and pedagogical skills, adapting your teaching to audiences with psychic disabilities or particular vulnerabilities. You work in collaboration with internal and external teams, participate in working groups, and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and professional standards. You maintain and develop your skills through continuous training and promote the transfer of this knowledge within the establishment.BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS- Diploma as a socio-professional instructor or equivalent title.- CFC (Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training) in hospitality/housekeeping management and mastery of housekeeping techniques, keen sense of organization, affirmed pedagogical skills, understanding of the needs of audiences with disabilities or vulnerabilities.- Ability to listen and autonomy.- Experience in the field of support centered on the well-being of the individual.- Ability to work in an organized manner and in an adapted team, professional ethics, and constructive attitude.- Excellent command of French (oral and written) and IT tools.WE OFFER- The possibility of working in an environment rich in diversity.- The opportunity to participate in institutional projects.- Working and salary conditions according to the CCT SAN (collective labor agreement for the Vaud parapublic health sector).
