Assistants - SubstitutesSgipa is a reference partner, proactive and attentive to people who need individualized support in their specialized projects, employment, and our various residences welcoming people with intellectual disabilities. We are looking for Assistants - Substitutes.Your mission- Participate in the key stages of the support project for resident persons: reception, interdisciplinary activities, personal care, support in daily life activities, and interdisciplinary meetings;- Actively participate in the proper functioning of the residence in which the assistant intervenes as well as in the general care of resident persons;- Ensure the safety and guarantee a good quality of life for each resident person;- Promote the fulfillment of resident persons by valuing and developing their skills through the monitoring of individualized projects, validated by the reference person;- Ensure current tasks related to the function;- Participate in projects related to the profile.You are the holder of the CFC of assistant or a title deemed equivalent with recognition from the SEFRI;You have solid experience and know the CRPD;You know the Geneva socio-medical networks;You are able to adapt with flexibility and responsiveness to emergency situations;You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a real sense of teamwork and communication;You know how to demonstrate listening, availability, and perseverance in the face of daily challenges;You are comfortable with administrative tasks as well as with computer and office tools;You are willing to work irregular hours, at night, and on weekends;You are mobile and able to adapt quickly to the requirements of our residences.Type of contract: Indefinite durationActivity rate: To be definedStart date: As soon as possibleYour complete application file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas, and work certificates) must be sent to the indicated address.
