Your mission and responsibilities
- Welcome and support beneficiaries to ensure a quality service in accordance with current standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational actions linked to the institutional and pedagogical project of the Early Childhood Service.
- Supervise and evaluate interns, apprentices and trainees in the socio-educational field.
- Welcome the persons representing the children and participate in exchanges with them.
- Participate in reflection groups.
Your profile
- Hold a recognised diploma as a socio-educational assistant.
- Demonstrate listening skills, good stress management and ease in communication.
- Show initiative and good organisational skills.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
