On a daily basis, you will contribute to their well-being, safety, and development within a stimulating environment. Together with the team, you will participate in the design and implementation of educational projects, the management of the structure's daily life, as well as the support of families. Through your sense of responsibility, team spirit, and professional commitment, you will contribute to offering quality care that meets the needs of children and their families.To complete the team at the La Marelle Kindergarten, the Municipality of Chavannes-près-Renens is opening the position of:Assistant - 60% permanent positionIn this capacity, you will notably be required to:- Organize, plan, and conduct various interviews with parents (assessment, discussion during specific situations and crises);- Participate in institutional life (parties, various meetings, symposiums);- Apply the institution's rules of conduct and ensure they are respected;- Plan and organize the daily life of the structure in collaboration with the team (implementation of projects, group outings, activities);- Create and maintain a secure, stimulating, and caring environment to promote the well-being of children;- Ensure the daily support of children in their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development;- Observe and detect potential developmental difficulties or unusual behaviors;- Provide impetus for various projects from their conception to their completion;- Participate in good team cohesion;- Participate in the training of apprentices and interns.Profile:You have an aptitude for the sociocultural support of children, you pay particular attention to the sense of welcome, and you appreciate teamwork.
