In order to complete a team, the reception units for schoolchildren (APEMS) are looking for a:50% Assistant (annualized)whose main missions will be to assist the team in accompanying schoolchildren in school settings (APEMS) outside of school periods, by guaranteeing their physical and moral safety, and by communicating with families.Main missions- Ensure the supervision of children attending the APEMS;- Integrate into the daily life of the structure;- Know the rules of life of the institution and transmit them if necessary;- Accompany the team in the implementation of educational activities;- Transmit observations about the child to the team;- Participate in good team cohesion;- Collaborate with childhood professionals and assistants while respecting the reference framework;- Adhere to the educational project of the institution and participate in its development.Profile- Schooling level or 2-year professional training with children;- A few years of experience with children (in APEMS is an asset);- Ability to propose and implement educational approaches;- Ability to intervene in case of emergency;- Ability to develop a relationship with families;- Aptitude for analysis and synthesis of different situations encountered in the field;- Sense of responsibility.Job details- Partial rate distributed over 5 days with an additional % over 38 weeks of work which is compensated by the closure of the structure during school holidays and therefore, the taking of equivalent holidays for the staff of the structure.- Monday - Tuesday: 11:00/14:00; Wednesday: 11:00/14:00; Thursday: 11:00/15:30; Friday: 11:00/15:30- Start date: August 1st- Application deadline: June 18thJob descriptionThe municipal administration wishes to recognize your skills, discover your qualities and share opportunities with you.
